In the spring of 1939, a citizen's committee led by 阿尔图纳 Chamber of Commerce Chairman J.E. (Ted) Holtzinger说服了Ralph D. In 1999, the college added its first location in downtown 阿尔图纳 with the leasing of the Downtown Conference Center, 以前是剧场剧院.
